A bit about me.
I'm Rukaiya, a Business Operations Specialist. For over five years I've worked inside busy teams as the person who writes down how things should run, builds the tracker, and keeps the follow-ups moving. I've set up onboarding and delivery workflows for a startup growing from 3 to 12+ clients a quarter, delivered multi-client ISO compliance programs to audit deadlines, coordinated a four-year SLA engagement for a UK client, and built Notion systems for founders and leadership teams. I like messy starting points. I'm Google Project Management certified, comfortable with AI and automation tools, and I document what I build so your team can run it without me.
