Gave leadership an evidence-based view of where automation would pay off: 30 processes mapped, 10 to 12 prioritized, and executive approval to move on the top 5.

Selected as part of the Maverick Group, a high-impact internal team tasked with improving operational efficiency across departments. Consulted internal teams to identify repetitive, time-consuming processes, analyzed workload and ownership, and designed automation-ready workflows. Findings were formally presented to senior management and technical teams.
